Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning process involves multiple key areas:

Core Values
There is discovery and evaluation of your church’s core values, which is your church’s DNA or identity.

Mission and Vision
A clear, biblical direction is vital to your ministry.  During our consultations you will develop a mission statement for your church, as well as a strong and inviting vision statement that’s tailor-made for your ministry context. Additionally, you will develop a strategy for how to communicate it effectively.

We will look at six vital elements of your church’s strategy:

• Your community
• The disciple making process
• Staffing
• Congregational mobilization
• Setting (facilities and location)
• Finances, and how to raise money for ministry.
Strategic Planning
A Customized Approach
We also provide customized consultations that address a few of these areas rather than all. See Strategy Direct.
