The Malphurs Group specializes in onsite consulting with churches and businesses across North America that are facing growth and leadership challenges. These churches and businesses vary in size and revenues.  They are also at different places in their respective growth cycle. Our approach is to equip pastoral staff, “C” executives and management to work with their leadership teams in dealing with growth and health issues in the church and in business.

The group is also available to work with conferences and seminars that focus on topics such as leadership, strategic planning, values, mission, vision, and developing strategies to implement the mission-vision.
