The Malphurs Group primarily specializes in onsite and offsite consulting with various churches across North America that are facing growth challenges in the twenty-first century. These churches are both large and small and are growing as well as plateaued and declining. The approach is to equip pastors and work with leadership teams in dealing with growth issues.

The group is also available to work with conferences and seminars that conduct sessions on topics such as leadership, strategic planning, values, mission, vision, and developing strategies to implement the mission-vision.

Finally, Aubrey Malphurs has written a number of books that address the various issues that leaders face in today’s ministry world.
