This consulting approach combines both onsite consulting and offsite training. One of our consultant-leaders comes on site to help you navigate your
ministry people through certain key concepts such as core values, mission, vision, and possibly others. You will lead your people through the concepts that you are most comfortable with based on your offsite training.

The advantage of this combination approach is that it combines the best of both worlds and cuts down considerably on onsite consultant costs. Middle-sized churches of 300 to 500 attenders may prefer this approach. If you are
interested in this possibility, you would need to confer with a consultant navigator as to how you should accomplish this and who covers what areas with your people.
