Who is the Malphurs Group? What do you need to know about us? While Aubrey Malphurs does a number of things such as writing books and speaking as well as teaching full-time at Dallas Seminary, the primary focus of the group is consulting with churches that are facing growth challenges. We have kept the group somewhat small so that we can focus on what we do best.

We have included other information in this section that you should be aware of. One piece of information is frequently asked questions. This section will likely answer any questions you might be asking of the ministry.

Second, who are our clients? While we limit much of what we do to churches, we do work with other organizations such as seminaries and denominations.

Third, who comprises our team? We minister with only the best in the field of consulting. These are men who not only have experienced and know the local church but have been biblically trained as what we do is deeply theological. At the same time they lead in their areas of their core competencies and are intense about the practical application of what they know so that they bring only the very best to your unique situation.
