Aubrey Malphurs
The Malphurs Group is led by Dr. Aubrey Malphurs,
who is Professor of Pastoral Ministries
at
Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) in Dallas, Texas.
Ordained in 1971, Dr. Malphurs planted his first church in 1972.
He has also pastored two churches in Dallas, Texas, while teaching
at Dallas Seminary. In 1997, he stopped pastoring to fully devote
his time to his professorship and The Malphurs Group. Aubrey
has ministered with CAM International, Christian Associates International
and World Harvest Outreach, both in the US and in foreign countries,
such as Russia, Finland, Latvia, Germany, Holland, Switzerland
and France. He has been a consultant and seminar leader for the
South Carolina, Texas, Florida and California Southern Baptist
Conventions, the Salvation Army, the Lutheran Church-Missouri
Synod and many others.

Mark Fortney
Mark comes to the Malphurs Group with experience in both the corporate world and full-time ministry. He has a BS from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Mark embarked on a 10-year career in Consumer Marketing with Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies. During that time, he planted a house church in Sweden. Following seminary, Mark served as the Executive Pastor of Missions and Outreach at Stonebriar Community Church under the leadership of Dr. Charles Swindoll and as the president of a missions church coaching ministry. Currently, Mark is the lead pastor of New Covenant Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Matthew Wynn
Matthew brings to the Malphurs Group a rich background in management. His previous business career included leading a regional consulting practice for one of the world's largest financial services firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers), serving as a Divisional Vice-President of Operations for a public manufacturing company, and serving as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held chemical manufacturing company. He was the Executive Pastor at Dogwood Church (Baptist) near Atlanta, Georgia, and he currently serves as the Director of International Missions
and Leadership Development at Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis,
Tennessee. Matthew has a BBA degree from Howard Payne University, an MBA from California Baptist University, and an MA in Bible and theology from
Wheaton College.
Michael Malphurs
Michael started out his career in the
advertising industry, eventually becoming an art and creative
director for several different media companies. In 1997, he
started his own design firm, Malphurs
Interactive, where
he has produced projects for such clients as FOX Sports, GTE,
Pepsi, and Verizon. Today, he continues to design while also
speaking and writing on such topics as "web design
and usability" and "the church and the Internet".
Jonas Bundy
Jonas serves the Malphurs group as a part-time I.T. analyst. He currently ministers as a Pastor in Residence at Scofield Memorial Church and on the I.T. staff of Dallas Theological Seminary. Jonas has the Th.M. from Dallas Seminary in Pastoral Ministries and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
